Use of the App

You agree to use the app lawfully and not misuse or interfere with the app's operation.

User Content and Character Photos

If you upload a selfie to generate a cartoon character, you represent that you have the right and permission to provide that image. You grant us permission to process the uploaded image and generated character images to provide personalization features in the app.

Accounts and Subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled according to Apple policies.

Intellectual Property

The app, stories, graphics, and branding are owned by Reading Adventures or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Third-Party Services

Some features rely on third-party providers, including Google Gemini for selfie-to-cartoon image generation and cloud infrastructure providers for storage and delivery. Your use of those features may involve processing by those providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reading Adventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these Terms are violated.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
